2. Eligibility

  • Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Washington, Idaho, Nevadawho are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on January 1 2025 and ends on December 31 2026, or as otherwise announced within the App.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

(a) Free Method of Entry (AMOE)

  • To enter without making a purchase, send a legibly handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email, and phone number to:

  • Each mail-in request will earn you 1 Sweepstakes Entry.

  • Limit one request per envelope. Postmarked by end of Sweepstakes Period and received within 7 days thereafter.

(b) Gameplay Method

  • Users may receive Sweepstakes Entries (“[Sweeps Coins / Prize Tokens]”) as free bonuses through:

    • Daily login rewards.

    • Promotional campaigns.

    • As a bonus gift when purchasing Entertainment Coins (non-redeemable play currency).

  • Sweepstakes Entries are not sold directly and hold no monetary value.

5. Entertainment Coins

  • Users may purchase Entertainment Coins within the app for gameplay only.

  • Entertainment Coins are non-redeemable and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes.

  • Entertainment Coins have no monetary value and are solely for entertainment.

6. Odds of Winning

  • Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • Making a purchase does not increase odds of winning.

7. Prizes

  • Winners may redeem Sweepstakes Entries for cash or gift card.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected in random drawings from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of selection.

  • If a winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity.

  • Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Apple Inc., Google Inc, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

11. Disputes

  • Governed by the laws of the State o California, without regard to conflicts of law.

  • Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action.
