If you've heard about Crushers from a creator and have entered that creator's name in the Support a Creator section (found at the bottom of the store tab in-game) you are likely eligible for a promotional reward. These promotions can vary, and the team will periodically check which Creators' supporters have reached the necessary milestones in the game (eg reaching 500 trophy points). 

This reward is not delivered instantaneously, and is most commonly delivered via your social inbox. If you believe you have reached your milestone for the promotional reward, then please first check there. If it has been more than 48 hours since you reached the promotion, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
