Google Play FAQs

  • If you made a purchase and did not see it added to your account, please close your device, wait up to 10 minutes and recheck. Our servers are hard at work and it may take a couple of minutes for your purchase to be delivered.
  • We do not recommend attempting to make the purchase again to avoid duplicate charges
  • If you do not see the items purchased contact Support with the following information so we can faster verify your purchase and get you the missing items:
    • Transaction ID + Screenshot of Receipt
      • This can be found in your Google related account under Google Play order receipt
    • When sending over receipts avoid sending over any personal information:
      • Your Full Name
      • Phone Number
      • Home Address
      • Banking Information

My Purchase was Cancelled

If you are attempting to make purchases, but the purchases are failing this could be related to your network connection or an issue with your account. You will not be charged for a cancelled purchase.

We recommend reaching out to Google Play if this issue continues to occur. This may be related to mismatching information on your Google Play billing information.
