If you are connected to Facebook, simply install the game and use Facebook Connect on your new device. Once you are connected, your progress will automatically be loaded onto your new device.

If you have a screenshot of your User ID from your old account, you can send that in to us and we can look into doing a manual data transfer as well. Please know that if we manually transfer your data, your team and inbox do not carry over and if you prefer that they do, please use the Facebook connect option!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Facebook Connect requires an internet connection to back-up and recover your progress.
