If you are getting a Download Error pop up, we recommend first checking your internet connection and making sure you're connected to a strong WiFi network. Please close your game and re-launch.

If you are still seeing the error on WiFi, we would then recommend checking your device's internal storage. We recommend having at least 3GB of storage free for the game to run smoothly, but the more space the better! After clearing more space, please try relaunching your game.

If the Download Error persists, please send in a screenshot of both the error message and a screenshot of your internal storage by clicking "Contact Us" in the top right and we would be happy to look into it further.
