If your game is consistently crashing please write in so we can help to try resolve this issue. If you are on an iOS device we request that you please send us your crash logs.
To locate and email crash reports for iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, and tvOS apps:
1. Open the Settings app and tap on Privacy.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Analytics" or "Analytics & Improvements"
3. Tap Analytics Data.
4. Locate the log for our app. The log name starts with sugar- <DateTime>. Tap on the most recent sugar log.
5. Tap the Share icon, and select Mail to send the crash report as a mail attachment.
