You can only be a member of one team at a time. If you wish to switch to a different team, you will need to leave your current team. Go to the Team Tab and Tap on your Team Badge for the Team Info Window to appear. There, you can select to leave the team.

Important Note: If you leave your team mid-week, you will have to wait for the start of the next challenge to participate.
